WHAT IS THE PTO
The Hopkinton PTO is an all-volunteer, parent-run, non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the education of Hopkinton Public School children and fostering community within the schools. Improves communication between the school and parents and guardians with newsletters, social media and additional forms of communication
BENEFITS OF PTO MEMBERSHIP
The annual membership fee is $30 per family. By paying that fee, you support the many ways the PTO engages with the school community as shown above. Your membership also grants you access to the Membership Toolkit online directory and phone app, a very helpful resource for parents.
Volunteering is not a requirement of PTO membership, but we welcome volunteers to help with the many events that happen across our schools throughout the school year. These events happen because people volunteer their time and talent, and there are many opportunities of different time commitments to get involved. We have an amazing public school district thanks to the talented and dedicated faculty, staff, administration and parent volunteers. We look forward to seeing you throughout the year ahead at the principal coffees, various parent education events, and many of the PTO-supported events and activities our team of dedicated volunteers help to organize.
Please feel free to reach out and let us know how we can help you or if you’d like to get involved.

What is the Book Fair?
Scholastic book fairs are opportunities to buy age-appropriate, quality books and products - everything from new releases to discounted options too. They get our students excited about reading, help build classroom libraries and provide funds to our school along with the HPTO programs that support and enrich our school's curriculum.
This unique opportunity also provides students, in a safe and supported environment, to practice social skills surrounding shopping including purchase choices, and math skills including budgeting and making change.
