Hopkins Memory Book 2024-2025

The 2024-2025 Memory Book is a professionally printed soft cover “yearbook” with close to 65 full-color pages highlighting this year at Hopkins for 4th & 5th grade, including:

Class portraits and informal photos (4th & 5th grade)
School highlights, activities, enrichment and more for 4th & 5th grade
Photos taken by 4th and 5th grade classroom photographers
Team Pages created by the 5th grade student design team
And much, much more!

This form will close on Monday, May 19th 11:59pm to ensure we have time to order and receive the books.

Have your friends sign your book in school before the end of the year and it will become a personalized, treasured keepsake!

This is a fundraiser with the proceeds going directly to Hopkins. In the past the funds raised have contributed to technology, an outdoor garden space, and memory books given to Hopkins students that would not be able to otherwise purchase one.
