WELCOME!

The Hopkinton PTO is an all-volunteer, parent-run, non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the education of our children and fostering community within our schools. If you have a child in the Hopkinton Public Schools, please join or renew your Hopkinton PTO membership for the 2023-2024 school year. The PTO is supported entirely through membership dues, fundraising and contributions.

We have an amazing public school district thanks to the talented and dedicated faculty, staff, administration and parent volunteers. We look forward to seeing you throughout the year ahead at various parent education events and many of the PTO-supported events and activities our team of dedicated volunteers help to organize.

BayState Textiles

In 2022, Massachusetts banned textiles from disposal.  The HPTO has the solution for those holey socks, pants with blown out knees and more. Bagged textiles can be placed in the donations boxes located at Elmwood, Hopkins, the Middle School and High School. The HPTO generates a rebate of $100 per ton on the textiles collected. Learn more about what items qualify and where to find the bins here.  Hold on to those items that still have life for HopSwap coming next spring!

About Us

The Hopkinton Public Schools Parent Teacher Organization (HPTO) is an all-volunteer, parent/guardian-run, non-profit organization committed to enhancing and enriching the education of our children and fostering a sense of community within our schools. We seek to keep parents and guardians connected and informed by facilitating a closer relationship between school and home and serving as the communication link between the two. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to strengthen the Hopkinton Public Schools’ capacity to provide the highest quality education possible for all students.

Our annual budget is raised solely through membership dues and HPTO fundraiser events. We urge all families with children attending the Hopkinton Public Schools to join as PTO members each school year. Each membership helps augment our children’s school experience and supports our educators in fulfilling their vision.

Parent & guardian involvement is a fundamental part of what makes a school community rich and robust.
We take great pride in the strength of our PTO and encourage you to learn more about our programs and get involved in any of the many volunteer opportunities that work with your interests and schedule. Please read our full Mission Statement.
