Parent-led. School-connected.
Community-powered.
HPTO is led by parent and guardian volunteers working across Hopkinton Public Schools to support students, educators, families, and our school communities.
Our Executive Board provides district-wide leadership while school teams, committee leaders, and volunteers help turn ideas into action throughout the year.
Leading HPTO across the district.
These volunteer roles guide HPTO strategy, finances, communications, and district-wide coordination.
Connected to every school.
Two School VPs at each school connect HPTO with administrators, families, and the parent teams supporting their school throughout the year.
Helping turn ideas into action.
These volunteer roles lead key programs, fundraising, scholarships and grants, events, membership, communications, and operational work.
Behind every school VP is a team.
HPTO's work reaches far beyond the names listed above. Across the district, parents and guardians lead committees, organize programs, support teachers and staff, run events, and take ownership of countless behind-the-scenes projects.
EVENTS + COMMUNITY
Helping create school traditions, celebrations, family events, and experiences that bring people together.
ENRICHMENT + PROGRAMS
Supporting extracurriculars, enrichment, Book Fair, and other student programs and experiences.
TEACHERS + STAFF
Coordinating appreciation, meals, hospitality, and other ways HPTO supports educators and staff.
FUNDRAISING + OPERATIONS
Supporting fundraising, communications, logistics, and all the details that keep things moving.
Leadership isn't
only a title.
Many parents and guardians take on significant leadership roles without holding an Executive Board title.
Some lead committees. Some run a major event or program. Others quietly take ownership of the work that needs to get done.
We see that work, and HPTO would not be what it is without them.
There's room for you, too.
Lead a project, join a school team, or help for an hour. There are lots of ways to get involved.
